Michael Manthorpe is a registered Social Worker and a registered Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Belleville, Ontario.
With over 25 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, specializing in family therapy and working with teens, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are family, individual, and marriage counselling.
In addition to being a community therapist, Michael Manthorpe is a professor for the Social Service Worker Program at Loyalist College and is the program developer and facilitator of the "Success with your Teen" parenting program in Belleville, Ontario. He has been a key note speaker for local agencies and area highschools. Michael Manthorpe provides workshops to general audiences speaking on the topics of grief, relationship issues, and parenting.
